Booking - Cancel and Update

Important information

Please note that changes requested less than 24 hours before the start time of the reserved service will NOT be processed.

Updating a Reservation:

Please ensure to review the service change policy specific to your booking, as the allowable time frame for modifications varies. Details regarding the permitted margin for changes can be found in the reservation confirmation email sent to you upon the confirmation of your booking. Note that requests for changes outside the specified time frame cannot be processed, and no notification will be sent to indicate the inability to make the change. Once your request is submitted within the permitted time, it will be processed promptly. Typically, change request processing time is 12 to 24 hours.

Options for your reservation

Make sure you enter the correct booking id, the id is a 10-digit number. Do not enter your authentication code because your changes will not be processed.

Please note that you must select a time slot that is available for the service you have booked.

Updating Email account to receive notifications.

Please note that all notifications (booking confirmation, document request, and notes added to your reservation) will be sent to this new email.

Updating main passenger name.

When changing the name of the main passenger, a new booking confirmation will be sent to the email registered in the reservation with the new name of the main passenger.

Adding extra luggage or pets

Please add a detailed description of the extra luggage to be added, for example if it is a bicycle, a suitcase, a box, etc. The extra cost must be paid in cash on the day of your trip directly to the driver and the amount payable will depend on the service booked. If, on the other hand, you want to add a pet, keep in mind that not all services allow the transportation of pets and the cost depends on the service booked.

Changing service or reserved route

To change the reserved service or route for another service or route with a different price, you can choose Cancel reservation in this form and request a store credit code, then the first reservation will be canceled and you will receive a discount code that you can use to book the new service.
