According to our terms and conditions, all our clients have two options to cancel a reservation: Option 1 Request a Store Credit Code for 100% of the amount paid. This means that you will receive a discount code in your email account valid for one year or until the balance is exhausted, to book any other service on our website, and can be used by anyone. Option 2 Request a refund to the payment method used during checkout, in this case only 80% of the amount paid will be returned, the other 20% will be taken as an administrative charge.
